When I moved to Chicago in 2021, the city completely changed how I thought about the real estate business. Chicago runs on loyalty. It's a "I got a guy" kind of city, where people do business with people they trust.
In 2022, I started working with Justine. It didn't take long to see that we viewed business the same way. Over the next couple of years, we grew a team we were proud of. But as time went on, we realized the model we were working in didn't fit the city we were building in. The more experience and loyalty our agents gained, the less the model made sense for any of us.
